Booking Policy

To make a booking, guests must provide a valid credit card or make a payment via bank transfer. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon with the host.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the check-in date are non-refundable.

Check-in/Check-out Policy

Check-in is at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

Occupancy Policy

The maximum number of guests allowed in each apartment is specified on the booking page. Additional guests may be allowed upon request and subject to additional fees.

Damages and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required.

Smoking and Pet Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Pets are not normally permitted. Trained dogs weighing under 5 kg may be accepted only after contacting Fotis and receiving his approval before booking.

Noise and Disturbance Policy

Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors. Loud music and parties are not allowed on the property.

Optional Breakfast

Buffet breakfast is available from 1 May to 1 November at an additional charge of €15 per guest, per day. Breakfast is optional and is not included in the accommodation rate. Contact Fotis to arrange it.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.

By making a booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions and any additional policies or rules specified by the host.
